Arrivals & Departures during daylight hours only.

Base occupancy is 2 people.  Additional occupants require pre-approval.

Each site is allowed one RV and one automobile.  A second automobile will be allowed with pre-approval.  Must park in your site’s designated area.

RVs must be in good condition and less than 15yrs old. If your RV is in excellent  shape and older than 15yrs an exception is possible with PRE-APPROVAL. RVs must be certified by their manufacturer.  Automobiles must be in good working condition.  

Typical, non-aggressive inside pets are allowed.  You must clean up after your pets.

Sites must be kept neat and tidy.  Accessories that damage the grass are not allowed (rugs, canopies with floors, etc).  Canopies are allowed only on a temporary basis.  

If you disturb your neighbors you will be asked to leave.  

Gas and charcoal BBQ pits are allowed.  Small wood burning fires may be permitted on a case by case basis in approved fire rings.  If smoke from any wood burning fires inconveniences your neighbor then you will be asked to put out the fire.  

Park staff retains the right to enter your campsite at any time.  This does not include entry into your RV.  

At the time of reserving a stay of one month or more a $250 deposit is due.  If canceled more than 30 days before your arrival a refund minus a $50 fee will be provided.  If canceled within 30 days of arrival a 50% refund will be provided.  No refund will be given in the case of a no-show.  

A $100 electricity deposit is due on arrival for any monthly stay.  

The full monthly rate will be due on arrival (deposit will be credited).  No refund will be provided for early departures.  

Guests that do not follow these terms and rules are in violation of the conditions of their stay.  Upon notification their stay will be terminated and they will not be entitled to a refund.
